The Big Outdoors
The Big Outdoors was a two day family event at Clitterhouse Playing Fields, North London. Commissioned by urban development agency Argent Related, Anomalous were tasked with injecting some activity into an underused area within the local community.
Working alongside the Youth Sports Trust, the event provided local residents with an introduction to parkour, rock climbing, cycling, judo, baseball, tennis and Zorb football.
Mural painting, story telling workshops, kite making and an outdoor cinema kept the less sporty amused, while street food stalls and ice creams ensued energy levels were kept high. The event was praised by locals and visitors alike as the underused outdoor space was given a new lease of life.
