RAVE 2.0

£10.00

RAVE 2.0 - Back in our favourite Hackney Downs archway for another underground party of delectable sounds, visual treats and exuberant energy for our dearest friends and followers.

If you’ve been to this private venue before you know what a special and intimate space it really is and for the newbies you’re in for a real treat…

Anomalous Sounds will be providing our usual party atmosphere with dub infused electronic techno wizardry and weird wobbly wonders to get you wiggling AND after totally smashing it at our last woods party back in September we are overjoyed to welcome back our guest for the evening, the effervescent Slinky Kinky.

Slinky Kinky creates a cocoon of energy on the dance floor with her ability to weave high energy pumpers into clattering techno. In her own words - ‘Wear some fancy pants, bring your dancing shoes and be prepared to sweat to some deep, tribal sounds mixed with four to the floor rhythms’.

Sounds about right to us…

In conjunction with LOST IN MUSIC we present: Where's Your Head At? - Mental Health and The Music Industry

Join us on an immersive journey through our workshop, where we delve into the intricate dynamics of mental health and the music industry through a unique blend of body based Gestalt therapy, visuals and of course music.

Explore your emotional, physical, and cognitive responses in real-time, as we navigate the nuanced terrain of a night out together. Whether you're a promoter, producer, DJ, reveller or therapist this exploratory and self-reflective event offers an opportunity to learn through participation.

Acknowledging both the darker and more joyful aspects of the music industry, we'll investigate how they affect our bodies. As trauma-informed therapists skilled in group facilitation, we create a brave space for dialogue and exploration.
