‘‘The solstice signalled the passing of time, instigating a movement of free spirits towards the sheltered glade. Select followers join to celebrate the high summer, converging at triangular coordinates to dance within sonic aurora.’’
An intimate invite-only wild encounter at a secret new unused spot just a stone’s throw from the urban sprawl of Hackney, Leyton and Walthamstow.
For this mid-summer encounter we are overjoyed to announce our Anomalous DJs will be joined by none other than TryOuts head honcho Logan Fisher. Featuring legendary surprise guest DJ’s, quirky graphics and tickets gone in a heartbeat, TryOuts is one of Londons best acid house parties, garnering a cult like following of loyal ravers who ‘Give It What They Got’ at every event. Basically, if you know you know, if you don’t, you probably will soon :)
The Anomalous ethos is to provide FREE parties whenever we can, but due to the nature of this TREE encounter we need to ensure the capacity is kept controlled with like minded dancers only, so we’re charging a small fee to encourage attendance and to cover costs - with any profit donated to our local volunteer tree care group.
As this is a wild area we’re minimising coming and going by operating a strict set of timed entrances at: 11pm / 12am / 1am - there will be NO ENTRY outside of these slots and we strongly advise arriving before midnight to make the most of the event.
EXTRAS:
There will be NO BAR, we will supply water
There will only be WILD TOILETS(trees / secluded bushes / compost drop)
We will be within the TREES, treat the area with respect
There will be NO RE-ENTRY if you choose to leave
There will be friendly security to ensure everyone’s safety and the gathering is a welcoming space for all.
