‘‘Autumn’s equinox brought the balance between day and night, summoning darkness’s ascension. A final farewell to the solar warmth heralded a gathering of communal festivity, a chance to bask in the energy of seasonal change.”
An intimate invite-only wild encounter at a magical spot just a stone’s throw from the urban sprawl of Hackney, Leyton and Walthamstow.
For this end of summer encounter our Anomalous DJs will be joined by the excellent Ophilion, DJ and curator of Pocket Radio. A close friend who we’ve been trying to get on board for a while and now’s our chance to revel in their sonic electro wonders.
The Anomalous ethos is to provide FREE parties whenever we can, but due to the nature of this TREE encounter we need to ensure the capacity is kept controlled with like minded dancers only, so we’re charging a small fee to encourage attendance and to cover costs - with any profit donated to our local volunteer tree care group.
As this is a wild area we’re minimising coming and going by operating a strict set of timed entrances at: 9pm / 10pm / 11pm - there will be NO ENTRY outside of these slots and we strongly advise arriving early to make the most of the event.
