ASC - CARE
ASC - CARE events run regularly every last Tuesday of the month, to nourish your emotional wellbeing, support your mental and physical health and build your spiritual resilience.
Lead by Dr. Stephanie Minchin of House of Yoga Psychology with selected guests, these extended sessions offer a beautiful variety of well being practices, including yoga, reflective psychology workshops, embodied and therapeutic movement, breath work, sound healing and much more!

This immersive and experiential event combines the powers of yoga and psychology for holistic healing.
Steph will share with you insightful conversation about the integration of yoga and psychology, guiding you in a reflective writing exercise to unpack personal processing and deep insights. Steph will then lead you through an embodied practice of yoga therapy, beginning with breathwork to regulate the nervous system, mindful movements flowing from yogic asanas to deep restorative stillness and meditation to enhance mind-body connection.
Steph weaves in wisdom from yogic philosophy and psychology, integrating eastern principles into our western living as she advocates for the healing powers of yoga and psychology for a calm mind, strong body and open heart.
